Now teaching Online and In Person Voice Lessons

To book a lesson, please send me a message under “contact” section to set up a lesson, and I will send along: availability, rates and a “getting to know you” questionnaire!

Katie currently teaches both through her private online voice studio and in person at The Maritime Conservatory of Performing Arts in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Teaching Philosophy

My goal as a voice teacher is to help nurture and develop a student’s voice at its current state, while helping them discover their full potential. I want to promote healthy, free and expressive singing. I want to focus on what makes the student special, identify their challenges, and cater to their strengths and individuality to determine strategies for maximum growth. Everyone learns differently and therefore should be able to have a safe and supportive environment to explore their full vocal potential, no matter what level.
